How can I as a parent send messages to the daycare or to the school?

You can contact your child's teacher:

1) by replying his/her "News&Highlights"-messages

2) by sending a "Chat"-message from your child's profile

3) by sending absence notifications

If you want send attachments (photos, videos or voice records), please use "News&Highlights"-messages or "Chat"-messages.

1) News & Highlights-messages

  • You can write your comment and attach files to teachers under the message

  • Your answer starts a new thread

  • Parents of other children can't see your reply or teacher's reply to you

  • All parents of the same child in TinyApp can see the thread and participate to that

2) Chat-messages

  • You can start or reply to the chat-message in your child's profile

  • You reach all of your child's teachers with the chat

  • Each child has their own chat-message thread

  • All parents of the same child in TinyApp can see the thread and participate to that
    ​

3) Absence notifications

  • You can send absence notifications and you'll get notification when teacher has marked this as a seen.
